If you're trying to lose weight would getting light ice cream be better than getting the regular kind? What's the catch? Is light ice cream really the better choice over regular ice cream?
I recommend Ben %26amp; Jerry's Lowfat Frozen Yogurt (pint sizes). I know of 3 varieties, and they taste great. They have more calcium, less fat, and all the flavor of their regular ice cream. Per serving, they have about 3 grams of fat. Regular ice cream averages about 10 grams of fat per serving. Is light ice cream really the better choice over regular ice cream?
No its not!!! I'm sorry i cant explain, but i remember last year in home ec. we watched vidoes on how food is made%26amp; stored ect. and i cant remember what, but they replace the sugar with something else that is just as bad for you, in most cases even worse... gahhhh i wish i remembered. You should look it up on google.
But you should try to stay away from ice cream all together... i know its amazing (lol) but i was watching the show ''biggest loser'' and it said that ice cream is more fattening than foods such as fries, hot dogs, pop ect. ITS HORRIBLE!
It has fewer carbs, and less sugar. I like the Breyer's light vanilla.
health wise yes.
