I am making fudge and I need a substitute for light cream.What can i substitute in for light cream?!?
For every cup of light cream use 7/8 of a cup (or 210 ml) of milk and 3 tbsp of melted butter.
One thing you should know is that it is kinda hard to substitute something like that when your making fudge so it may not work.
If you have sweetened condensed milk it is sometimes used in making fudge.What can i substitute in for light cream?!?
