It's a much better choice than the regular kind. As long as you aren't eating the whole thing in one sitting than it's okay. Also try going for ';light'; or ';Fat-Free'; choices instead of regular if your trying ot eat healthy. And by brown toast did you mean Whole Grain? If so then that is a very nutritious breakfast. Also you may want to try the Strawberry Cream Cheese as well it's delicious or you can try adding some sliced up fruit to top off the toast.Is philadelphia cream cheese light bad for you?
You need to read the lables of both. If you look at them, sometimes things that say LIGHT are actually worse for you than the original stuff.
No, it will not hurt you to have 2 tablespoons of cream cheese of a morning. Cream cheese is considered a protein, not a fat.
