usually they're sold in hand molds, and they're delicious! i saw one store who sold in a square mold. they're called ';creamed bread.'; the filling is custard-like or pudding-like and it's amazingly delicious.... how do i make it?Creamed bread or individual light and fluffy bread with cream inside?
Sounds like either an Eclair or Cream Puff. The filling would be Bavarian Cream but I've seen it made with Vanilla Instant Pudding. Bavarian Cream is much better.
