Has anyone seen or know who might make ICE CREAM CONE STRING LIGHTS?

Does anyone know who might make ice cream lights or seen them some place!! Every answer I haven gotten online is a dead end!! The 3 places that I did find online didnt sell them anymore!!! I have even looked internationally for them! NO ONE has them is that possible?? Has anyone seen them at a store some place??
