I have dark hair on the back of my neck, lower back and upper lip, i don't want to shave as it grows back quicker n faster. I have bought some Jolen bleach cream. But when i go out clubbing, often there is UV glow lighting in rooms. My friend has bleached hair and it glows when in this sort of lighting.
