Has anyone successfully frozen Mueller Light yogurt to eat like ice-cream??

Is it simply a case of putting a pot in the freezer and waiting, or should you mix it or something??Has anyone successfully frozen Mueller Light yogurt to eat like ice-cream??
This certainly works with full fat yogurt but as ML has less fat it will probably go much harder and icy like frozen milk.

You could try beating it as is freezes

Give it a try and report back!

Ice cream usually has lots of fat and sugar to keep the texture open and soft and then the makers beat in air to make it soft [oh yes air also costs nothing!]Has anyone successfully frozen Mueller Light yogurt to eat like ice-cream??
Can Yogurt Be Frozen? It’s okay to freeze yogurt overnight to pack in a lunch for the following day. However, it won’t be as smooth and creamy as yogurt fresh from the refrigerator. The yogurt may undergo some changes in texture and/or taste. Because some individuals do not find these changes to their liking, it is recommended that you “test freeze” a couple of tablespoons in a small cup before freezing alarge quantity. When freezing Fruit-on-the-Bottom Yogurt, be sure to stir before freezing for the best results. Some parents like to freeze yogurt after pushing a small “lolly” stick through the lid to make a fun snack for kids.

Freezing Yogurt

Package in freezer containers. Seal and freeze. The fruit and sugar in flavored yogurt help to preserve and stabilize the yogurt. When thawed it may taste more acidic. (Note: Commercially frozen yogurt and soft-serve frozen yogurt have a different texture than home frozen

yogurt.)
