The light bulb uses radiation which is not as effective as convection in this case.Why does air from a fan melt a ice cream bar faster than a 100 watt light bulb?
Ice cream is at a lower tempMay (be zero) than the room temp
So fan tranfer heat by convetionan faster than the bulb who does it by radiation
