Check out American Apparel. They have some cute stuff (dresses included) and you can choose from a variety of colours as well.
Go find a good seamstress and have it made! It will wind up cheaper than buying one, and you know it will fit 100% perfectly. I had my senior formal (thats like prom) dress made and it only cost me $60 plus the cost of fabric, so I bought some expensive shoes. ;)





Seriously though, go to a seamstress.
