Meat curtains..better with a light cream sauce?

Chunky marinara sauce...with ground up hamburger. This is a ';clean'; question right?Meat curtains..better with a light cream sauce?
well a nice cut of meat curtain is great by itself but you put a little cream on it and its just all that betterMeat curtains..better with a light cream sauce?
i like mine slightly stewed, say about 5 hours after the shower and lightly salted

Prefer the red sauce
clear no coloring in them at all
