cream cheese for the diet but not jelly. more chemicals added in than the cream cheese. although it does matter by brand. if its smuckers yeah its better than the cream cheese and only the light philadelphia cream cheese is good too. just these two brands dont try any else unless they come from Whole Foods.Which is a healthier spread, light philadelphia cream cheese or jelly?

Cream cheese if you are looking for protein. Jelly just has sugar and preservatives - no nutritional value whatsoever!
